Mascot Characters Birthday Party Activities and Packages
Our Mascot parties follow one of three outlines:
General Mascot Party or Active Mascot Party or Meet and Greet
General Mascot Party
The first hour of our General Mascot Parties is all about playing, interacting, and immersing the kids in the world of the character!
The character will enter the party, accompanied by a party host, and greet the birthday celebrant and all of their friends. Next, the party host and mascot will lead the kids in some themed activities.
Themed activities include:
Dance Party
Party Games*
The first hour will wrap up with photos with the character, the cake ceremony, and singing happy birthday.
On their way out the door, the character will offer high fives and hugs goodbye to all the children who would like one.
*Party Games vary per character and per performer but may include options like Freeze Dance, Duck Duck Goose, Hot Potato, Red Light Green Light, Limbo, Musical Chairs, and many more! Whenever possible, the entertainers will theme the games to the specific character present at the party.
Active Mascot Party
In a 1 hour Active Mascot Party, kids will learn how to be a hero through a series of dynamic activities that get them up and moving and having fun!
The character will enter the party, accompanied by a party host, and greet the birthday celebrant and all of their friends. Next, the party host and mascot will lead the kids in some active activities.
Active activities include:
Obstacle Course
Active Games*
The first hour will wrap up with photos with the character, the cake ceremony, and singing happy birthday.
At the conclusion of the party, the character will offer hugs and high fives and try to make a special memory for every child present.
*Active Games vary per character and per performer but may include options like Relay Races, Sneaky Statues, Sharks and Minnows, Red Light Green Light, Freeze Tag, Four Corners, and more! The party host will do their best to theme the games to the party character whenever possible.
Meet and Greet Event
Having a community event, corporate event, or large private event where you want the characters to offer photo opportunities and meet and greet for your guests? Not a problem! Our professional mascot performers are experienced at performing for large-scale events, greeting hundreds or even thousands of guests at each event.
The mascot performer(s) will be accompanied by a party host who can help your guests form a line, assist in crowd control and line flow, help guests take pictures on their provided devices, and make sure that the mascots stay on a break schedule.
For all events longer than 1 hour, mascots will need a 15 minute break for every hour present. You can book for as short as 1 hour, or as long as 8 hours!
Mascot Pricing
Add Face Painting and Balloon Twisting
After the Mascot character says goodbye, the Party Host can stay for additional time to do some simple face painting and balloon twisting with the children.
Examples of simple cheek and hand painting include: butterflies, flowers, snakes, spiders, snowflakes, hearts, etc. Some performers can do designs specific to your particular theme. Please inquire if this is something that you are interested in.
Examples of our balloon twisting include single-balloon creations like: dogs, flowers, cats, dinosaurs, swords, and butterflies.

Add a separate face painter or balloon twister while the mascot and party host are present, before they arrive, or after they leave!
Some professional artists can offer both skills, but many only offer face painting or balloon twisting.
Examples of professional face painting can be seen below. Please note that these are just examples and likely not samples from your exact artists (which may or may not be available upon request - feel free to ask!)
If you book a professional face painter, they can offer children designs that match your party theme.
If you are looking for something simple and fun for the kids, we recommend extending the party host as it is quicker and more cost effective. If you are looking for a high quality product and don't mind that it will take longer per child and have a larger budget, we recommend adding on a professional.
Which level of artist should I pick?
How long does it take?
Every performer/artist is different, but here are some estimations of approximately how long it might take:
Simple face painting: 3-4 minutes per child (which means 15-20 kids can be painted in an hour)
Simple Balloon twisting: 1-3 minutes per child (which means ~20 kids can get a balloon in 30-60 minutes)
Elaborate face painting: 4-10 minutes per child, depending on the design (which means 6-15 kids can be painted in an hour)
